Connecting Nura Space to your directory and HR systems: Entra ID, SuccessFactors and Workday

Nura Space connects to Microsoft Entra ID, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday so users, teams and permissions stay up to date automatically.

In short: Nura Space integrates with the systems that already know who works for you. Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) handles sign-in and keeps user accounts current. HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday supply details like department, team and location. The result is a workplace platform that stays accurate without manual admin, and reporting that reflects your real organisation structure.

Why directory and HR integration matters

A workplace platform is only as good as its user list. If new starters are missing, leavers keep access, or teams are out of date, bookings and reports quickly drift away from reality.

Keeping that list right by hand is slow and error-prone in a large organisation. Integration removes the problem at the source.

Microsoft Entra ID

Entra ID is the identity layer for Nura Space.

  • Single sign-on: staff sign in with their existing work account. Your organisation's own policies, including multi-factor authentication, apply.
  • Automatic user sync: people who join are given access, and people who leave lose it, without a separate process.
  • Group-based access: directory groups can control who sees which buildings, floors or resources.

SAP SuccessFactors and Workday

HR systems hold the organisational detail that identity systems often lack. Connecting SuccessFactors or Workday to Nura Space brings that detail in automatically.

  • Teams and departments: people are grouped correctly for team neighbourhoods and team-based desk allocation.
  • Location: each person's home site is known, so the right buildings and floors are offered by default.
  • Start and finish dates: new starters can be set up before day one, and access ends cleanly when someone leaves.

Better reporting by real organisation structure

With HR attributes in place, Nura Space analytics can report attendance and space use by department, team or business unit.

That helps leaders see which teams are using the office and when, plan neighbourhoods around how teams actually work, and size space for each group with evidence rather than headcount alone.

Less admin, fewer errors

Once connected, the directory and HR systems remain the single source of truth. Workplace and facilities teams no longer maintain a separate user list, and changes made in HR flow through on their own.
